Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) Migration

My loan was serviced by SLS, how will this affect my loan?

GMFS Mortgage LLC, Serviced by Specialized Servicing (SLS) is now known as GMFS Mortgage LLC, Serviced by Shellpoint. Here are 5 key things to know about your loan migration:

  1. Your loan number will remain the same.
  2. You will sign in to your new online account using your existing SLS username. Please follow the on-screen prompts to complete your account set up, including creating a new password, setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and in some cases, creating a new username.
  3. Your mortgage terms will not be changing as a result of this migration.
  4. If you currently pay your mortgage monthly, semi-monthly, or bi-weekly autodraft (ACH) from your bank account, those arrangements will carry over automatically. You will not need to update any information.
  5. We will manage and pay your taxes and insurance if they are currently escrowed.
I pay my bill by mail, do I need to update my payee name and address?

Yes. If you use a bill pay service or mail your payment, please update your payee name and address to GMFS Mortgage LLC, serviced by Shellpoint P.O. Box 60535 City of Industry, CA 91716-0535. Please allow time for mail transit.

When can I log into my online account?

You will receive an email letting you know your loan is now active in the new portal. Once you log in with your existing username, you will need to create a new password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

How can I get access to my documents from SLS?

For now, you can continue to access your mortgage documents issued before your recent loan migration in your SLS online portal
